MSDS/Label (Chinese version) Under Article 15 of Chinese Dangerous Chemical Product Safety Management Ordinance, enterprises producing dangerous chemical products are obliged to provide MSDS and apply labels on packages. Failure to comply with these requirements may be subject to a fine and/or discontinuation of production according to Article 78 of the Ordinance. Related page. |
